🚨YOU MUST CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGY/FLU/COLD LIKE SYMPTOMS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF YOU DISPLAY ANY SYMPTOMS 🚨

 
✨Forms of payment 

The website accepts all forms of payments when booking and purchasing online.
For the remaining balance for appointments it is due via zelle or cash only. Tiara will provide zelle information at your appointment.

✨ Convenient Fees

Operate outside of business hours $100

Same day appts- appts not booked more than 48 hrs prior are considered same day $100

Travel and Equipment travel $150+ Price increase based on location 

✨Braid Appointments

Braid appointments must start at 9am

✨Once your appointment is booked

-your deposit is non-refundable 

-your appt is confirmed and an email is sent with details in regards to your appointment 

-Tiara will follow up with you via text, providing you with the address and parking details 

✨Wash and Blow Dry

-ALL FULL SERVICE APPOINTMENTS  INCLUDING KID SERVICES AND MEN SERVICES, COMES WITH A  ‘SIMPLY REFRESHING WASH , BLOW AND TRIM’

✨Parking

-parking is free 

-there is plenty of parking in the plaza 

TIARA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CAR BEING TOWED OR TICKETED

✨Hair for your appointment

-Tiara Does not provide hair for your appointment 

UNLESS YOU PURCHASE HAIR FROM TIARA PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT DATE 

-You must come with your extensions co-washed and neatly arranged 

UNLESS YOU ADD ON TIARA'S BUNDLE DETOX SERVICE 

IT IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR YOU TO ARRIVE WITH TANGLY PARTIALLY CLEAN BUNDLES 

✨Late Appointments

-will result in acquiring a late fee of $25 after 20 mins late. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!

-if Tiara is running late she will inform you 2 hrs prior to your appt and a $25 credit will be issued to a future appointment for the inconvenience.

✨Cancel/Reschedule appointment  |DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE|

-you must cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior to your appt to avoid being charged a $25 rebooking fee for a future appt. The booking fee is not applied to your service and must be paid with your deposit. 

-if Tiara cancel/reschedule your appointment under 24hrs to your appointment a $25 credit will be applied to your appt or future appointment. 

-if you reschedule your deposit is transferable once. However, you must book within the same week of your original appt. 

NO COMPANY! UNLESS YOU'RE THE GUARDIAN OF A MINOR THATS BEING SERVICED. ONLY ONE APPOINTED GUARDIAN IS ALLOWED TO BE PRESENT!
